Q: If a tech is out in the field and before he takes his lunch break decides to drive 10-15 minutes away to find something he likes, do we have to pay them for that drive time? We are experiencing techs not starting their lunch breaks until they get to their location. Please note that on some occasions they have a hourly helper with them. | |
